Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom-made items, sale items, perishables, and personal care products are excluded from returns.

3. Return Process

Return Pickup: Return pickup is complimentary for our customers.

4. Refunds

Refund Form: Refunds are issued as a coupon/gift card for use on the ARTH ANANT website.

Coupon Value: The value is equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping costs.

Coupon Expiration: The coupon/gift card is valid for lifetime.

5. Video Proof Requirement

Issues Related to Empty Box / Missing Product / Wrong Product Delivered/ Defective Product Delivered Complaints will only be accepted for RETURNS against refund, all other requests will be rejected.

360 Degree Parcel Opening Video is must in case of any such issue.

Raise Complaint within 24 Hours

QC Inspection: Every return undergoes a QC inspection.

QC Pass Criteria: The product must be in original condition and correspond with the customer’s stated reason for return.

9. QC Failure Consequences

Return Rejection: QC failures lead to the rejection of the return request.

No Refund: No coupon/gift card will be issued for QC-failed returns.

10. Shipping Charges for QC-Rejected Returns

Customer’s Responsibility: Customers must cover the shipping costs for returning QC-failed items.

11. Coupon Issuance Timeline

Coupon Issue: Coupons are issued within 7 days after QC-passed returns are received.

Coupon Notification: Customers are informed about the coupon issuance.

12. Return of QC-Failed Products

Return Shipping: QC-failed items are returned to the customer at their expense.
